Please Adhere to below Parking lot rules any Violation of any of these rules will result in violation fee up to $175.00

 

• Park only in your designated parking spot, to avoid an improper parking fine.
• Please make sure your vehicle or equipment will fit in the rented space allocated to        
• you, behind the Space number.
• Only one vehicle is allowed at a time through the gate.
• Please do not block driveway or entrance/exit gate
• You must open the gate with your gate code or phone every time when entering and exiting
• Please do not open the gate for others or share your gate code with others
• Big No for onsite vehicle/equipment repair.
• Absolutely no dumping trash, tires and other equipment which could result in suspension of your account.
• No illegal activities, smoking, weapons, drugs or alcohol allowed on the property
• Speed Limit 5 MPH within the property
• You must report all accidents within the property to Reddy Storage LLC  via email at support@reddystorage.com or call 911 if  needed.
• Absolutely NO Sleeping or Living on property

 

LATE FEES

• If the rent is paid 5 days after the due date $20.00 late fee will be added
• If the rent is paid 15 days past due date additional $20.00 will be added and impound process will begin

 

MISC FEES

• Any towing/impound fees charged due to parking rule violations or due to delinquent accounts will be your responsibility will be paid directly to towing company.
